Do you offer virtual consultations?
Sadly we do not, But by all means send us the sizes by Square meter of your room and we can provide an estimate. Please ensure to send us as much infromation as possible.
Do you charge by the hour?
No we do not charge by the hour, We typically charge per square meter, although every job is different, Generally we price every job individually based on the requirements.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bac's payments ( Bank transfer) Cheque and Cash.
Do require a water supply?
Generally no we do not, We carry 300 Litres of water on our Van, that gets us through most jobs, Although we do carry over 150 meters of water delivery hose in case it is a big job and we need a water supply, This is just a standard hosepipe connection. Don't worry if you don't have an outside tap we carry every possible connection to ensure we can pull water.
Do you require power?
Our truckmount machine is petrol driven and provide us with all the cleaning power. Although if we need to pre hoover or agitate your flooring we will require a 13a socket. We also carry over 70 meters of power cable if a socket is not handy.
The floor I need cleaning is 8 floors up, How will you get your machine up here?
Our Truckmount machine is fixed into our van, but we carry an endless amount of Vac & Solution pressure hose, Our machine is designed for this !
Is this the same as a Vax / rug doctor or a portable carpet cleaner ?

Our head office is based in Darlington, County Durham. But we offer Commercial carpet cleaning services in Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Durham, Newcastle, Northumberland, North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees, Redcar & Cleavland. Our Licence retail / Pubs and bar division is a UK Nationwide service.
